At Box of Secrets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We kindly request all customers to check their products carefully in front of the delivery personnel upon receipt.

2. Size, Color, or Preferences Changes

In case of any size change, color change, or any other customer request made after or during delivery, the exchange can be processed provided that the customer covers the associated delivery charges.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, if a product arrives with any physical damage or defect, we will gladly exchange it without any additional delivery charge. Please ensure you report any damage while the delivery personnel is still present, or contact our support team immediately.

4. Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
